Board Duty

Duty consists of:

• Arrive at clubhouse no later than 1.00pm on Saturday or 6.00 on Wednesday ready for duty. Lights take approx 10 minutes to warm up. Don't be late!!
• Ensure that the tennis balls are available to the members playing tennis. New balls on a Saturday, used balls on Wednesdays.
• Supervise entry of names into the computer and prepare a printout for each round.
• Input any new members who do not have their own number.
• Place Saturday balls into sink cupboard for Wednesday night play.

 

PLEASE NOTE : You should be able to play yourself - arrange for court 1

If for any reason you are unable to make it on the day specified you must contact another person on the duty list to do your duty.
